Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an international order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Free shipping or flat rate/express shipping applies to Australian residents only and international orders will have there own shipping prices on checkout. If you wish to make an international order we recommend messaging us through the contact us page before placing an order.
Please also note that the shipping rates for some items we sell are a fixed price due to there size. This is mainly on tyres. They will be priced Individually on checkout. So the free shipping or flat rate will not apply on these items.
Free shipping will be for items with a total of $500.00 and above in the shopping cart excluding the price of the fixed priced shipping items.
$10.00 Flat rate shipping will be for item totalling under $100.00 in the check out cart excluding the price of the fixed priced shipping items.
$15.00 Flat rate shipping is for the total value of the check out cart excluding the price of the fixed priced shipping items ranging from $101.00 to $499.99.
We offer an express service but only to shopping carts with a total of under $500.00, prices will be displayed in the check out page for express delivery. Alternatively email us through our contact us page prior to check out if you wish to have express delivery on orders over $500.00
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if we have made an error with shipping the incorrect or wrong product. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
